Jen is a highly competent and enthusiastic Personal trainer, Yoga teacher and Physical and Health Education teacher, with a proven ability to help individuals improve their wellness and commit to long-term health and fitness goals. Jen’s attainment of a BA in Sports Science, a Masters in Sports Development and Coaching and a Higher Graduate Diploma in Physical Education shows that she is a self-motivated, hardworking, committed and determined individual who you can trust when working towards your goals.
After university Jen’s interest in all areas of fitness and health led her to complete her personal training qualification and her 200-hour yoga teacher certification. In September 2021 Jen completed her 300-hour teacher training making her a 500hour certified yoga teacher. Jen has always had a passion for all sports, playing Gaelic football at a high level, running numerous half marathons and training daily in CrossFit. Jen studied and worked as a coach in the UK and USA before returning to Dublin, Ireland to teach secondary school Physical Education for five years. Her love of travel and of meeting new cultures led her to move to the UAE. When training herself and others, Jen likes to have a healthy balance of seriousness and fun, so that her clients are getting the best of both worlds. Jen has a successful track record of evaluating clients’ progress, understanding their needs, and developing a practical and achievable learning environment to ensure her clients succeed.
