  • How long will it take to show me the outcome?

In case that you don’t have any equipment, our trainers can bring it for you to use during your sessions. If you would like to purchase some exercise equipment, your coach can always suggest it. In all cases, we recommend that you have your own yoga mat at least. To train at home, you only need a small room. All that is required is a 3 square meter area free of furniture and other barriers.
